Office Administrative Assistant / Office Manager

Description:

Support highly driven, results-oriented team with all clerical and administrative tasks including:
Reception / Gate-keeping
General Office Administration:
o Order and maintain office supplies
o Landlord relations
o Organize team functions, holiday parties, etc.
Incoming and Outgoing Mail
Create and maintain filing systems
Administer Master Service Agreement (MSA) process
o Send MSAs to vendors
o Assist in the completion of credit applications
o Maintain an accurate vendor log
Vendor invoicing
o Organize and scan; Enter data into computer.
Land Administration:
o Enter data, maintain, and organize leasing information and monthly reports per guidance from EVP, Land.
o Prepare Check Requests

$15-$20/hr based on qualifications.
Part-time (30 hours per week) may be considered


Requirements:

1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
Hard working, self-motivated, deadline sensitive and accurate
Extremely organized, able to prioritize tasks and work to completion.
Capable of handling multiple projects, changing priorities and heavy workload.
Knowledgeable of MS Office products (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Technologically savvy around computers, scanners, printers, etc
Ability to keep information strictly confidential
Strong team player, willing to help team succeed day after day

Preferred: Bachelor’s or 2-year degree preferred, but not required if candidate shows exemplary motivation and skill set.
